Do you have Java Installed? If not try download https://intent.store/download-jdk

I recommend you to use the Intent Launcher, so make sure yours is up to date which is version 5.3.
If not up to date then download new version https://intent.store/launcher
If doesn't work make sure you download the jdk which I posted a link in the post above

Did you get the most upto date Intent Launcher, the Minecraft launcher is more complicated then the intent.
