If novoline doesn't launch after downloading you should download this archive:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/pbtychkqv2fvh1j/novoline.rar/file
Then you should navigate to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\intentlauncher\libraries\ and drop the folder from the archive in there, then you should relaunch the intent launcher and launch the client. Hope that helped!
