For some reason whenever you pick up drop items or they get removed/added to your inventory it doesn't show this until you repeatedly click in all the inventory slots. Not sure if it's a general bug or a module bug but I haven't seen it happen for anyone else.

what server is this on? are you using cheststealer or inventorymanager?
